| Now I, the said Chief Herald of Ireland, having taken this matter into consideration am pleased to comply with the said petition and by virtue of the power vested in me in that behalf do by these Presents grant and assign unto the said Dylan Francis Epp and his descendants and the other descendants of his father the Arms following, that is to say : Argent three boar-spear heads Gules points upwards two and one a chief embattled Azure semee of estoiles or and on a wreath of the colours the Crest : a demi-griffin segreant Azure armed, membered and langued Or holding in its claws a staff erect proper flowing therefrom a banner divided per bend sinister double-bevilled Argent and Azure a bordure Gules on a helmet mantled Gules doubled Argent the whole depicted in the margin hereof with the Motto: Táimid marbh cheana féin
To have and to hold the said Arms unto the said Dylan Francis Epp and his descendants and the other descendants of his father forever and the same to bear, use, shew, set forth and advance in shield or banner or otherwise each observing and using their due and proper differences according to the Laws of Arms and the practice of this Office and without the let, hindrance, molestation, interruption, controlment or challenge of any manner of person or persons whatsoever, excepting always the Authority of this Office. And by these Presents I do also grant unto the said Dylan Francis Epp the Badge: Between two oak branches conjoined in base leaved and fructed a common puffin erect with dexter leg raised holding in its beak the dexter branch proper and the said badge to descend with the undifferenced arms. Symbolism
The colours of Azure and Argent represent the armiger's alma mater Penn State University. The division is a play on his job of a communications chief who has deployed multiple times, hence a chief embattled. The three boar spears carry a multitude of meanings, first being the battalion the armiger's served in 3rd Ranger Battalion where our beret flash has three Gules stripes. It also demonstrates his Catholic faith, the holy trinity, and fairly uniquely aspect of the three surnames now in use in my direct family along with the fact that they are all try citizens (Irish, British, and American). The estoiles refer to his numerous siblings, eleven total and night time operations for which Rangers are famous for. As a whole shield it shows 3rd battalion returning from a successful mission and deployment. The griffin represents airborne and ground operations, while the banner is that of a modified signal flag, again hinting at the armiger's unit and profession.

Symbolism
The badge shows the armiger's life in N.Ireland and the States, where the Puffin is found on both coasts. The oak spring is also the symbol of Co. Derry, the county where the armiger lived and his current neighbourhood "Oak Brook" which is covered in various oak trees. The Puffin also represents a family favourite holiday destination of Co. Kerry to visit the monastery on the Skellig islands.
