Symbolism
Each of the three keys represents a different leadership role that I've held. The coronet érablé is a reference to my love of and association with Canada and the Canadian people. The polar bear is a mostly solitary animal with a preference for the cold. The sword refers to my interest in the Middle Ages. St. Florian is the patron saint of firefighters. Sweet woodruff is canting for my surname.
Badge
